Quality stands.
Like a previous reviewer i too was hesitant to buy these as there's not a lot of info online, however the size specs i could find seemed to fit the bill - the base plate is not overly large and the top plate not too small for my old 'bookshelf' speakers that are wider than deeper. The stands arrived flat-packed and on opening i could see that these were of good quality - thick steel plates and tubes nicely coated in a satin black finish. The floor & speaker spikes a nice shiny well cut metal. There were also some flat plastic pads for optional speaker mounting, metal feet to put under the spikes if u have wooden floor, a spanner and an allen key for the bolts to fit them together. Assembly was straight-forward.The photos online weren't too clear and i thought there were two columns for each stand, however when they came they only had one large central column each which was perfect for me - and even better is that means you can have the top plate at a different angle from the base which looks better when toeing-in the speakers. I think one column looks better too. 'Stylum 1' probably denotes one column as i know 'Stylum 2' has two. I wasn't sure I had the height correct for purpose but the 500mm size was perfect - in fact total height with top & bottom spikes is around 515mm, it even says that on the box! They have a good weight to them thus feel very stable but you can fill the central column with material to sonically dampen the metal tube and give more mass ("atabites", sand, aquarium gravel, kitty litter, even rice seem popular) just remember to cover the hole in the bottom [and top?] plates that's there to hide the speaker cable through the stand else you'll likely have it all leaking out! I haven't filled them yet, thinking about it as they've already improved the sound quality. I did a quick Google-assisted calculation and it seems for a 74mm (int.dia) x 470mm tall cylindrical volume it will take 3kg of sand to completely fill each stand, however it's not often necessary to fully fill a stand - 1/2 or 3/4 can often be enough.Mine were sold by 'Urban Tech' which is actually based in Belgium, which also made me hesitant too, but they came in a couple of days - sooner than expected! So that along with a quality item means I am very happy with this purchase - a good choice :-)

Feature rich stands, reasonable priced, I bought several for home cinema.
Very nice stands, sturdy, alot of auxilliary option/details included such as spikes, floor protection and rubber feet!Speaker wire can be hidden in the tube. Be aware that using hidden cable will require you put speakers on upper spikes (included) or likely use your own thicker rubber feet as the cable access is below speaker housing near the middle of plate.Only feature I miss is a default ability to fill the stand with lead pellets (or sand).Filling them is possible with small modification: insert a (max) 20mm O.D. tube/pipe and some Blu Tack putty, that way you can still route the speaker cable thru the inner plastic tube without your filler leaking out... and not making permanent modification/damage. Remember to protect bottom screw from sand! (Just add more Blu Tack around it)
