Combat Ready CO011-BRK Boot Knife Black

For what you spend this is a good value. First off it is not the equivalent to a Kabar or a Cold Steel knife. It is a simple double edge knife with a cord wrapped handle. It is made in China. It is soft steel and is not tempered. When you use one of those sharpeners with the crossed rods to sharpen it the sharpener pulls slivers of steel. I would say that it will not hold a sharp edge for very long. If you are looking for a high quality knife you can take into the field then you will be disappointed but you should not expect to pay $14 for a knife like that either. It does have a nice shape and is a good looking knife. In an emergency this knife will do and it won't hurt your feelings if you lose it since it is so inexpensive. I would say that I got $14 worth of knife and am happy with the value I got for what I spent.

For the money this is a pretty good knife, however mine was GREEN cord wrapped as opposed to what was stated in it's description.

This is a good Quality boot knife, I am a marine and wanted something for my boot and ankle that would not be showy and be noticeable. this is a great find. sharp double sided blade. goood grip. solid.

Knife was good, sheath sucked and it did not fit in my boot. Not what I was expecting. Still got what I paid for.

Get what you pay for sheath sucked and knife to big to fit into boot. It would still suck to get stuck with it. Point sharp the rest of blade was not. Wouldn't by again. Came in wrong color also.

I love every thing about it it is harp and sturdy, also double edged. the sheath is great too. I highly recommend this knife.
