Knoxville MPX806068 Mens Casual Work Laced Classic Motorcycle Combat Zipper Boots

The appeal for this boot was that it is motorcycle rated as well as looking like a dress shoe/boot. First day wearing these i the toe of my boot scrapped the road while riding. It ripped the first layer of leather clean off the boot. I put some shoe polish on it and it look mildly better. Honestly, at a high speed this boot would give you no more protection than any other shoe would, disappointed. I ordered a size up to be able to put an insole into the boot. The boot fit well before the insole and quite snug after. Overall its a good price for a cheap boot. It does look nice, however it offers no extra protection as you may think it should.

Nice looking boots. They're pretty comfortable too so thats good. The biggest drawback is going to be the zipper. It's definitely low quality and will likely be the first thing that fails. I don't know if zippers are expensive in shoe manufacturing but it seems like a stupid place to cut corners. I like the boots but I fully expect the zipper to fail before the boots themselves are even worn out.Update March 2021. Almost daily wear. No issues at all and still looks about the same as they did on day one minus normal wear a tear. As the temperature gets warmer I can't wear them anymore. They keep feet warm in the winter but too hot now as we get into slightly warmer temps. They'll go in the closet and be used again next fall

I'm exceedingly surprised by the quality. Sleek beautiful design and great fit, I ordered a size bigger than normal to ensure there was plenty of width and I'm glad i did. Materials are obviously of good if not better quality. Only complaints are that there is absolutely no arch support whatsoever, so as someone with a very high arch I'd have to get an insert if I wanted to make these my everyday shoes. There is also the fact that it was shipped in a plastic sleeve envelope and had a strong chemical smell reminiscent of cigarette smoke or at least to my nose it did.

Good looking boots. Just order a half size smaller than your sneaker size and you’re good 👌🏾

I wanted to love these. I bought these for my boyfriend for his birthday and they are falling apart and tearing at the sole where the bottom of shoe meets the back. He only been wearing them since April 14 and they are already are ready to be thrown away! These are not sturdy! They will tear apart quickly. I want a refund

Not bad for the price but the boots do size about half a size too large. I am ok with that because I wear thicker wool socks in the winter. Otherwise they are not the best quality you can find but they are comfortable and adequate for touring. I am wearing them all day to break them in a little. I would buy again but will update the review after a summer of riding.

The boots are “OK”, they fit well and run small, I ordered a half size larger. They LOOK well built but are rather thin. The zipper is a beast at times to get closed. Bottom line, they look really good, quality seems sub par, in my defense I am a boot guy and have multiple pairs of Thursday boot company and 1000 mile boots along with assorted other big brands. They will be good enough for the price point but don’t expect them to last or hold up to motorcycle wear and abuse.

The shoe is way too long, I wear a size 10 normally, I ordered a sized 9 and the width was fine but they are about an inch past my toes which is not ideal for riding a motorcycle. I have worn them maybe 10 times and they look and feel great, but the zipper kind of malfunctioned, it splits every now and again last time it split it didn’t realign properly. It works for now but I’m not expecting it to last much longer.Update***I have intentionally reduce the number of times I wear these so as to protect the zipper. Unfortunately only three times after writing the first review the zipper split and now will not go back. They are officially done, which is a shame, because they looked really great.
