I take this daily and it staves off the calf and foot cramps I tend to get at night. I've used this for years and when I've missed a couple doses of my supplements (on vacation or out of pocket), I will know it because my calves start wanting to cramp at night again. This is a slow-release magnesium. The other types of magnesiums I taken before this (I tried several) never helped much, then my Mom told me about Mag-64. I tried it and it worked and I've taken only this since then.

Been using this brand for years. One time it wasn't available so I used a different brand. That brand melted (the outer layer) and made a mess into my other meds. Glad THIS brand is available again!!

Local pharmacies do not carry this dosage, so I was very happy to find it on Amazon. I am taking advantage of the automatic reorder that is offered on this product so I won't have to remember to reorder

I take this twice a day to regulate my heartbeat. I just opened one of the bottles that I recently received & there is an extremely strong chemical smell from inside the bottle. Since I received 3 bottles, I decided to open another one to see if it smells too. It does. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe the manufacturer changed the glue they use to apply the foil seal. I just hope it's as simple as that & not the pills that smell. I certainly don't want to get sick from whatever it is.

My doctor suggested I take this because my mag levels were low. She suggested this one because it should not upset my tummy and cause diarrhea like other mag supplements do. SHE WAS RIGHT!
