Needs to be width of a pillow to really work but nice quality
These are good but the only issue I have is they are narrower than a pillow ? I have spinal stenosis and use them for support awake and asleep be better if the width of a regular pillow then the two I bought would sit better on the bed and not move around so much 🥴

good buy
idea for watching sitting in bed ,but i brought it for my acid reflux ,i did find 1st night was great,,second night i slipped of it .i do use pillows with it ,could be the problem,will try it without pillows .
