I feel that my "product review/purchase headline" quite accurately captures my opinion of this product. I "discovered" the Handful of Herbs-flavored cashews from Sunshine Nut Co at my local Wegmans in Ithaca, New York a few months back. I LOVE cashews and thought that the flavor sounded fantastic, so I picked up a package. It was love at first bite. Perfect marriage of herbs and cashew nut! I immediately returned to Wegmans to purchase more. UNFORTUNATELY, there were NO Sunshine Nut Co products available at the Ithaca store, nor in the Elmira, NY, nor several Syracuse, NY, locations. I looked for these tasty Sunshine Nut Co. cashews a few times after and had no luck. Maybe Wegmans (at the Ithaca, NY store, at least) opted to discontinue selling this line of (Sunshine Nut Co.) products in order to do what seems to be the "Wegmans THING": re-create/re-produce/re-market an identical or nearly identical best-selling product under the Wegmans "brand/label" at a retail price more "palatable" (i.e. less) than that commonly advertised as the more "Recognized" brand/label.The aforementioned notwithstanding...if you enjoy cashews and experiencing new flavors/blends, you NEED to try the Sunshine Nut Co portfolio.

If you do some research on cashews you will find out it is hard to get fresh ones. These are shipped directly from the farm to you and they taste like it. They also donate something like 90% of their profits back to local charities in Africa. I highly recommend this product and company.

These are delicious and you're doing a lot of good by eating them. Can't ask for much better

I do not buy any other cashews after tasting these- their flavor is so much fresher than any other brand!! This is my go to snack at night which is so much healthier than most munchies. And they give 90% of their profits to orphans and widows in Mozambique in addition to employing so many others in that country. What’s not to love?

This cashews are so tasty, I had to stop myself from eating the whole bag! Very fresh, soft not hard and so very flavorful! I love the idea of what this company stands for…so touching to see good people doing good things in such a crazy world!….will definitely buy again and again…….

When I read the name of these cashews, "Spark of Spices," I was really hoping for a flavorful blend of spices. These cashews are tasty, but there is nothing complex about the flavor, all I get is salt and a little hot pepper (like cayenne). The heat from the pepper is very mild, definitely tempered for an "average" US palette. I think these would be better named "Hint of Heat." Would I buy them again? Probably not, because they're not my thing. But, would I recommend them? Sure, if you are looking for a lightly spiced cashew, these are great for you.
