Foldable Traveling Backpack

Its really nice especially for its price if I'm being honest here.

Bought this for vacation.It is very compact and lightweight ...mostly due to its very thin material. Used it mainly as a substitute for a DSLR camera bag. The full size camera was kept in a padded wrap. It also occasionally held a book, 7 inch tablet (Nexus), extra batteries, baseball caps, bottled water and the sometimes a small souvenir or two ...with no problems.Yes, it would look like a big lump at times given the bag's reasonably small size. Also be careful to not to put too much weight in the bag as shoulder straps may become uncomfortable. It really is just a sack in the shape of a backpack.For my needs, it was more than fine. Being on vacation, I wanted something light and non-descript so as to not draw too much attention to the "nice-camera-toting-tourist". Something that I could pack away easily so as to not have another bag to carry through the airport. Something good enough to at least last me this trip. It did all of that.By the end of 2 weeks, of either carrying the bag or placing it on the ground or furniture, I did notice 2 small holes developing on the bottom of the bag's fabric. Also, given the thinness of the fabric, the fabric flap over the main compartment would easily get caught in the zipper when opening or closing ...though it was reasonably easy to get "uncaught".Side note, with the backpack compacted, it has belt loops that you can take advantage of rather than carrying it in your hands. Also compacted, it was the perfect size to store Nexus 7 inch tablet in.Would I use this everyday? ...No. Would I use this on daytrips and vacations? ...Most definitely. Also given the price, I don't feel as bad as it wears out quickly compared to other thicker material bags.

I have had this backpack for years now. Every summer, when I pack my suitcase, this foldable backpack goes into it, and when we arrive, I always have an extra light backpack in order to by grosery, or carry small stuff. The bigger handlugage for travelling (flights) are in my case not suitable as backpack, travelling with bus or train, or just go down to the baker... This is great for exactly this.So far it has been very durable.Waterproof? I managed to stay indoor in case of rain in our vacation...

I purchased this product simply because I feel a times I just need another backpack to have but did not want to spend a lot on something I just needed for a few hours.PROS: The price for this item was good. I like that its easy to fold and unfold to use. Its small and compact and fits in my glove compartment of my car, in my mini backpack, and pant back pocket. The material so far seems to hold up to my needs. I would not recommending carry a full backpack of textbooks as I'm sure it will not be comfortable to carry and the seems will eventually rip with continuous use. But like I said, its good for light weight items. Its great for traveling and you just need another bag to carry things you might have purchased along the way.CONS: So far none. I'm not sure if this product is waterproof as I have not had a chance to use it in the rain.RECOMMEND: Yes. For those of you who carry a backpack, a purse, or duffle bag, or messenger bag, I would recommend purchasing one of these to put in your bag in case the day comes where you need an extra bag that takes up very little space.

- The seller shipped this very fast. The price is very low. But, the opened product I received was no bigger than a medium backpack and was not like the one in the picture. EDIT: The full pack in the picture is to it's limit and looking at it closer, you can see it bulging. I tried the same thing and it will allow you to overstuff it a little but this is not recommended because it is very thin material. PRO: Lightweight material CON: Could tear or wear out faster.- It has 2 compartments. The main backpack that has no inner pockets and the external pocket that like another reviewer said, make sure it is closed due to the way it zips shut.- Note: The straps are not padded and the part you see in the pic are what the entire straps are like. Edit: The straps are not the most comfortable but they just take a little getting used to.- If you want a step up from a drawstring style backpack/daypack, it is a good choice. 4 stars is a good review so I do recommend it for an on the go person looking for a lightweight/thin pack.

I needed lightweight, inexpensive daypack for daily use on a recent 4 week vacation to Europe. This fit the bill, quite well. It stowed compactly (flat and empty) inside my carry-on luggage for the trip over and back. After arrival, I used it daily in lieu of packing a bulkier, camping-type backpack. It carried all my essentials (umbrella, spare sweatshirt, etc.) and has a small pocket for travel documents, passport, etc. There was adequate room to spare for some shopping items, too. I had only one small problem with a stitch letting go (easily repaired) when overstuffed one day with heavy items. Being of lightweight construction, this will definitely not hold up for use as a student bookbag, etc. But, if space and weight are a concern, this is an ideal, easily packable solution. I would have given it 5 stars, were that stitch not to have let go...probably was my fault for over packing. I really put this product through it's paces! The zippers held up well. On balance, I was quite satisfied and will bring it along future trips.
