We use to fabric to make this beautiful hybird utility kilt. Use black as a primary color and In the pleats for use Pride of Scotland 16oz heavy acrylic wool. we use two large pockets on side and one on back side. Swen down all pleats from back side. Drop length of the kilt is 24 inch. Please take your measurement accurate because this kilt is not adjustable.
