The first iPod I was sent was not recognized by iTunes, so it was unusable. The replacement was thicker and would not fit into my iPod dock, so the seller nicely sent another replacement that was thinner. This one, however, will not charge properly, and randomly connects (or not) to iTunes. In order to use it to play music, I must charge it all day and then immediately use it; otherwise, it does not turn on. Since the return window has elapsed, I have no recourse.

Battery life is trash. 5 hours of music at best. Pinwheel is aftermarket. This is a poorly refurbished product under a modified apple ios. Buy original or from someone else

Discontinued for a reason. Stuck in a reboot loop out of the box that no amount of troubleshooting can fix. Absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible product
