Radical Tarot: Breaking all the Rules

Vincent Pitisci's books on Tarot are always a fun and informative read. He offers deceptively concise methods for using the Tarot very effectively (which I do professionally). I'd imagine he'd not be everyone's cup of tea as he happily cuts through a lot of the woo-woo associated with tarot (without dismissing it or dissing it, it must be said) and focusses on what makes tarot readings work. He also has a sense of humour and a strong line in knowingly daft humour which I personally like.This book shows the linkages between Tarot reading and modern creative thinking techniques and has a focus on the future of tarot reading. I'd recommend to anyone interested in the subject matter and is suitable for existing practioners and people new to Tarot.

This book is even better the the one before (essential tarot). Everything is written in great detail without being overwhelming. Pitisci's writing style is funny and relatable. This is by far my favourite book I've ever read in any subject area. I 110% would recommend to ANYONE, even those not interested in reading tarot themselves, as his discovery of the why behind tarot and how he writes about the tarot is second to none. I'd also check out his YouTube channel (Vincent Pitisci) as there are loads of videos by him where he explains a lot of this stuff and shows example spreads etc.

I found this book useful. Easy to read and understood. Love the conversations with the cards at the end of Vincent's books. It brings the cards to life. Would recommend. As I love his easy style of writing and different perspective on tarot.

If you’re a card reader of any standing buy this book it’s an absolute revelation. It really opened my eyes after 51 years experience. GREAT!!!!!!!!!
