Was hesitant to buy this because was fearful that the thousands of pieces of compressed foam could scatter when "installing" this.I was on the phone with their pretty good customer service person to walk me through this.I followed her instructions to a "T". However, when I opened the envelope containing the "brick" of compressed foam (which I had placed inside the liner as instructed ) centering it as best as I could, the brick started to break apart and I had a 2+ hour cleanup on my hands. Finally I ended upgetting it filled and it's now starting to take shape and will probably turn out ok.WARNING: I think it would be prudent to do this with 2 people and not by yourself and to put it on the floor or other flat and hard surface instead of on my bed as I was instructed by Customer Service .

I must have missed the dimensions when I bought this monstrous pillow. It is HUGE. For some reason, I envisioned something maybe 2/3 the size. But it is really terrific. Squishy and soft and comfortable. And the setup is probably the best part! It arrives in a box that's heavier than it looks, because all the foam is packed in tightly into a little thin grey camouflage cube-shaped bag. You pour the filling into the liner and let it sit overnight while it expands. Then you stuff it in to the super soft outer cover, and voila! A giant pillow takes over your apartment, and you don't know where to put it because you didn't count on it being so big. It's almost like a pet. A lovable, friendly, considerate, undemanding pet.

Great quality "bean" pillow, but more.It's not like the old, cheap plastic bags filled with beads. These have a superior mix of squishy innards and mold nicely. Was a little odd receiving it as a do-it-yourself stuffing kit, but was very cool. Much larger than you might envision, so check the size. This "pillow" is huge and more like a small piece of furniture.The environmental aspects of the product and unique shipping method was appreciated. The only disadvantage we had was the fact that they were perpetually unable to ship and it took a couple of unavailable/late notices and weeks to arrive. Nice once it got here.

These were a gift for my husband and he is very pleased with them! And my kids love them too. They appear to be made well and they look very nice too. We have only had them out of the box for a few days, but so far they deserve 5 stars!

Bought them for the basement. Love them, very soft, pleasant feel to the fabric. Kids love to do gymnastics on them too. My only complaint might be that they don't sit up like usual beanbag chairs would, only if you have a back wall to support them. They were easy enough to put together too, the kids actually liked the whole process.

I bought two of these and only received the cases and no inserts.

LOVE this pillow! It's absolutely the best. Read the dimensions though, I almost bought the bigger one based on the pictures and glad I didn't, this is perfect!
