It's beautiful, really well engineered, has a substantial feel to it, and works like a charm. The one short coming on this one was the instructions. I've installed many, many faucets over the years and you usually don't need instructions even if it is your first, it's typically one of those instinctive things you can't really mess up. There are a few unique features on this one however and the installation would have been a heck of a lot faster if they had bothered (just saying if the longer stub was the hot or cold line for instance). Once it is in place though, it really is a wonderful faucet. UPDATE: Okay, just bought our third one and the single negative comment I had has been addressed and then some. On the latest one, they have not only color coded the two supply hoses, but they have also put "hot" and "cold" tags on the lines as well. At this point it is pretty much perfect.

The media could not be loaded.  We beyond love this faucet. It's scratched after 3 years of heavy use and we wish we could buy it again. It works perfectly. If we can't find it again, we may repaint it.

This faucet is absolutely beautiful in person. Pretty easy install. Our only problem is the neck part leaks a bit. We even bought a new rubber seal hoping that would help but it hasn't. We also added plumbers tape but still leaks a bit. Kind of a bummer because we love it.

Love the look of this product and the sturdy feel of the faucet. Bought for a small apartment. After installation I proceeded to test the faucet. After turning on the water I immediately got sprayed with water by a crack in the metal part of the faucet. I am very upset due to the fact this is for a client and I had to wait quite a long time to get this unit. This would have been easily found if the manufacturer tested it product. I dont recommend buying this item.

This black faucet looks awesome and I love the flexibility and it seems really sturdy. It was much easier to install than my previous faucet. All faucets seem to be a bit complicated but all went well with this one. All parts needed where included. Directions were kinda generic but didn’t cause an issue. :-). I’m very happy! I’ve had it installed for a couple weeks now and it is working well!

Like the design but leaks from the top of the main valve. requested replacement will update review when the new one is installed.Update: Installed the replacement no leaks. seems to be working nicely.

I bought this item a few months ago and it already cracked at the bottom on left side where knob is to change from sprayer to regular faucet. This obviously made the item of no use as leaked all over. I then just reordered the same item thinking that perhaps it was just a bad apple only to find upon installation that the new one now was leaking in the same area where the main faucet connects to the piece with the knob to switch to the sprayer. I removed the set screw and played with gaskets. Reinstalled and this at this point seems to have resolved the issue. But 2 for 2 has me wondering. When it is working, the item looks nice and all. Just know this may not last, but then it is not super expensive, so take it for what it's worth.

Bought this for our double laundry tub, mainly to give our dog a bath. The high arching faucet that rotates all the way out of the way is wonderful and the hands-free sprayer is a definite must. Sure beats the attachable hoses that don't stay on. Great price, though we did need a plumber to transition separate hot and cold lines to one. Well worth it though. It works and looks great!!!
