A Tremendous Read
I read this entire book in a night. I started it as a casual before bedtime read, but I wound up not putting it down until the last page had turned. It is beautifully written, and relates to all who hold their dogs dearly to their hearts. I was absolutely engaged and delighted by the stories and light hearted recollections. I also cried uncontrollably in parts. It's a stunning work that teaches you to cherish what you have when you have it, and that dogs aren't just pets, they are family.
