Occlusion Training Bands BFR Straps - Tourniquet Band, Pair, for BFR Training

The guide clip for the fold-over turns horizontal when you tighten the strap and pinches and/or causes discomfort. These are low quality, because the fabric is not sturdy enough to keep the guide clip vertical. I will be searching for, and buying a set that has a pinching/binding clip like some ratcheting straps used for tie downs use. That type of clip will ensure the correct guidance of the fabric, and prevent discomfort and friction.

No offense to the manufacturer but it is way too weak to be of any value to ME. I have purchased 2 inch velcro straps from a HW store that work wonderfully for 5 dollars for a pair of them. great idea, not nearly strong enough

These are not badly made but pay attention to the size. If you've already got good--sized arms, these will not fit.

Easy on easy off, and boy when used properly in my occlusion training protocols you can see and feel the difference. I'm not gonna challenge Ahnold and his pipes but it is not just about big size, but easy recovery and increased strength. I can really see the difference on the golf course with easy distance gains of 12-15 yards off the tee.

This product is fantastic! I tore muscles in both of my shoulders lifting weights, and by tightening the straps over the muscle tears, I'm able to exercise pain free. I don't use it for occlusion, but it works fine for my purposes.

Mine came as black instead of silver, but still a great product! Arm growth is crazy with BFR training. Bought a second pair for someone else.

Very difficult to place. I'll use them for bundling clothes during travel.
