stay away from this product this battery pack gets reall hot that it even melted the case . you can see on the picture closely where it gets really hot. luckily i saw it otherwise it could have caught fire and cause more damage. stay away from this cheap chinese product. Amazon needs to screen these things being sold from china. they need to have a some sort of QA to sample these products randomely otherwise we the customers will always suffer.

Love the form factor. I generally put it in the 5th pocket of my 5 pocket (that little pocket above the right front pocket) jeans and I have a spare battery to recharge my phone. It won't fully charge my phone b/c it actually only has about 3250mAh to charge with before depleted. Tough to beat for form factor though. Look at the pic, the charge for that test was 3260 before I had to recharge the battery. Charging power is good. I could run some videos on the screen and it gains charge percentage on a normal screen brightness. I gave it 4 stars for not getting to it's stated capacity but I did not expect that it could for the size.

Bought this to take on vacation as a backup charger for our iPhones (wife has iPhone 7 Plus & I have iPhone 6 Plus) while we were out on excursions. I liked the size, about the same size as our iPhone plus so it was easy to put in wife’s purse or my shorts pocket. It charged pretty quickly, has a quick charge port that is handy. Device could charge both our phones within a hour BUT was only good for one charge for each of us - two charges for one person, might have been due to our iPhone plus but thinking I should have purchased a device with more than 10000mAh. Specs stated support for iPhone plus and suggested 3-4 charges but we did not have that outcome. No issues with merchant, billing or delivery - those were fine. And the full charge for each of us did get us thru a full day of taking pics & videos.

I purchased these for Fathers Day the 1st one went bad about a week ago the 2nd one went bad this morning we both thought it was the charging cord so we went to a reputable electronic store to purchase another cord n when the new cord didn’t work I took it back in n the guy who helped me said,” it isnt the cord it is the input outlet for the USB cable.” The inside connection is glued on and it has slipped back so it is no good!” Cant be fixed “ piece of junk!”DONT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING HARD EARNED MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!

Excellent craftsmanship and durability...this charger was a life-saving game-changer out in the wild. Without any other source of power, this kept my phone and Fitbit charged. It's good for 3 1/2-4 charges over more than a week's time. Absolutely necessary, very useful and very attractive as well.

This thing is ridiculously thin, small and lightweight. Charging power and battery life are more than acceptable. I bought this to use in my heated sweatshirt because the 10000mAh one that it came with is just simply too heavy sometimes, this one is half the power but works about 2/3 of the amount the 10000mAh one does and it's so light I can't even tell it's there. In my sweatshirt on medium this lasted about three and a half hours
