Moroccan Tagine Sahara Natural Diameter 30 cm + 1 g Saffron Thread This clay pot is the most commonly used cookware in Morocco. Tagines are hand-made from natural clay and clay and fired in the oven. In this tagine you can prepare all kinds of dishes (fish, meat, vegetables) at gringer heat. The gentle preparation preserves many vitamins and the ingredients can unfold their full aroma. Traditionally the tagine is used on open fire. You can use them on all types of cookers and in the oven. Then the bottom of the pot is greased with oil. The tagine is cleaned with warm water, without detergent. Please never clean the tagine in the dishwasher. In the tagine you can prepare stews on the stove, or in the oven. Tagines do not withstand high heat and should always be heated slowly, maximum at medium heat.
