A mouth water book for Die-Hard Pink Floyd fan like me !

Tolles Buch 📖 , endlich kann ich u.a. Meine Pink Floyd Konzertbesuche nach Blättern , Text zwar in englisch , aber so kann man die Fremdsprache auch wieder nachbessern. Zu diesem lohnt sich die Anschaffung , man erfährt viele Hintergründe über die Personen.

In diesem Buch findet man nicht nur die Daten jeden Liveauftritts von Pink Floyd, David Gilmour, Roger Waters, selbst der Konzerte, die abgesagt werden mussten, sondern auch die Daten der Studio-Aufnahmen, die Setlisten und ... und ... und..., einfach alles!!Ein uneingeschränkt empfehlenswertes Buch!!

Excellent update, very complete for informations and images. Better than the last book about this planetary band. Great historian Glenn Povey!

Bought for a Pink Floyd mad son (yes he's been brainwashed).It's a weighty tome, full of detail, as far as I can tell none better. Well illustrated, plenty of photos.A couple of buts. It's organised in a specific way per time period, each period having a bit of history, a compendium of activity and gigs, and a discography. Logical, but interrupts the flow of reading about them, despite the colour coded pages.And, the history bit is dry. Not an engaging or exciting style, a bit plodding. And because it's authorised, a little light perhaps on the band politics and frictions - the interesting stuff.Conclusion - it's all there, an almanac of Pink Floyd. But less readable and entertaining than I'd hoped

I bought this as a future gift for my Pink Floyd mad brother in law. Looking through it I am sure he will love the comprehensive texts and pictures.
