Button on back pockets?

Hello, There are no buttons on back pockets. Instead of buttons, there is Velcro.

I love these shorts. Does Lee offer this style in pants?

I have seen this type of fabric offered by Lee in pants but none of the cargo/carpenter style on Amazon as of last January or so when I last checked.

Are these the ripstop material or regular?

The material is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. They do appear to have a rip stop weave with a periodic heavier thread.

I believe the inseam on all of mine are around 10-12". I would think it would really vary depending on the size and how you wear them on your waist (higher or lower). I have a 38-40" waist depending on the brand and they sit right around my knee caps. My normal pants inseam is 30-32" depending on the brand. I hope this helps a little.

Comfortable, durable, and waist size is right on measurement.

These are made of a nice, thick cotton, and are very comfortable to wear. The waist size is true and even leaves a tiny bit extra to make them easy to button. The pockets are spacious, but not too baggy.

Highly recommend

Bought these for my husband. They have the flex waist which makes them very comfortable. The material was nice and sturdy yet lightweight. They wash us nicely and I put them in the dryer. Great value for the money.

Best Fit

Finally Found shorts like the 10 year old ones I wore daily. Bought 3 pairs 10 years ago,2 are still going strong, one had a little hole that just pooped up. Now I have 3 New ones, to get me through the Next 10 years! Best fit, pockets are perfect. Shorts in the past I have bought, are tight in the thigh,crotch,small pockets for phone. I Am a Happy Camper Now!!!

These aren't for odd fellows

Very nice shorts! I have a 35 inch waist. Well guess what?, no one makes 35s anymore so I'm stuck with too tight or too loose. Lee fits a little looser than Wrangler so these are really loose but they look good and are very durable. If you can get past no odd sizes you can't beat these shorts.
