Great Hose... but
The nozzle that comes with the hose leaks when sprayed which was a disappointment. I had to use the nozzle from another hose that I got. I also asked my friend that bought the same hose and he also says his leaked. I really wanted to give this product a higher rating, but since I had to buy a nozzle to replace the one that came with it... I have to rate it in the middle.

Disappointed
I was really excited about this hose given the good reviews, and the packaging it came in was super clean and efficient. However, the minute I started hooking it up in my backyard and placing it in a bin, it started getting all tangled. The hose material comes super flat, and when I turned on the water, the hose started kinking in multiple locations at the flattened seams of the hose. It is made of a thin plasticky material that seems cheap and probably won't wear well in direct sun. In addition, water came spraying out of the nozzle attachment, which meant I got water sprayed all over my hand/arm. After only a month of very light use, the hose sprung a big leak near the attachment to the water source. I threw it out and bought the Gnome Platinum hose which is way better from a space efficiency and durability standpoint.

Cheap price, but feels a bit cheap.
Can't beat the price at the time I bought it, especially if you bought it on sale.Pros: price, free hose sprayerCons: material feels cheap, like it can break easily - but it hasn't yetIf you want it to work at its best you have to use the hose sprayer because the water pressure will 'fluff' up the hose itself making it more sturdy feeling and less likely to kink.

The hose kinks too easily. You have to take time to lay down the hose in a manner that will avoid kicks. Moving the hose while the water is on does aid in reducing kinking.

My return window has closed 4 days ago. 2 days ago the stupid hose sprung a leak at the start of the hose where it plugs in the wall. A leak!! Wth! Not happy. Also the attachment that came with it sucks too. It leaks after 7 days of use doesnt turn off completely after 2 weeks. After the first week it dribbled water despite your settings. Do not get this hose very disappointed. Now im going to see what customer care has to say....Ok went from 1 star for the product to 2 star for customer service. They handled it quick. Customer service gets a 5 star but this hose still sucks haha

I've used it for a few months; works fine. It's flat before it fills with water and so it will kink when it's coiled up. New out of the box it kinked in many places because of being coiled so long. Stretching it out flat first, then connecting it to the supply, then turning on the water will help a lot. After it's been used a while, there is much less kinking. Also, I've found that the kinks work themselves out while I'm watering if I stop spraying for a moment; the build-up in water pressure moves the hose and releases the kink. It's very light weight. The nozzle is lightweight plastic and I wonder if it would survive a drop on the driveway. It works fine though as it is now. Customer service was very nice and responsive when I contacted them with a question. Would definitely recommend the seller.

Not a good hose, a kinking disapointment, a rare issue with Amazon
Was an Alexa deal of the day, turned out to be o my second amazon dissapointment, hose is constantly kinking, requires you pull hose to full extension then unkink foot by foot. I point out only 2nd problem in over 200 purchases, over 99% great, thanks Amazon staff, great job

Minnesota Hoser
First off, we bought this hose off of Amazon so hope you consider this is a honest review. Have used this hose for 3 months now and have had zero issues with it. We have not babied it. It gets dragged around the lawn, driveway and when we're done it hangs draped in loops over a fence section near the house in direct sunlight half of the day. Our cars have occasionally driven over it. No issues. Finally a lightweight hose my wife can use for all of her potted plant watering needs. We tried 3 other "lightweight expanding hoses" last summer, longest one lasted two weeks. Babied the crap out of the last two figuring we were doing something wrong. Perhaps you know how we felt? Back to the store they went. Not this hose, this hose rocks! This hose does not expand in length when the water pressure is turned on and contract when it is released like the others, it is flatish and then fills into a somewhat rigid cylinder shape. It is the same length whether under pressure or not. It does deflate and become very flat and light in weight again when you turn off the faucet and release the pressure with whatever tool you have on the hose end. So glad I took a chance on this hose. We will keep using this hose "normally" and update this review if there are any issues. If you see no updates, it means we have not had any issues with this hose. Will try to post a photo of our hose and how we are storing it.
