Taste chalky but not that bad.....the creatine is just the right .... it doesnt make me bloat like C4 creatine

I've taken this before. Love the product. However, the container I just received must have had moisture inside. Some of the powder was clumped up. Don't think I will order from that company again.

I think it made a difference. But this product does need to be taken religiously for it to work

I take this 30-35 minutes before my workout (along with Arnold Iron Pump pre workout), and then take creatine monohydrate (5g) with whey protein after my lifting.I LOVE this product! I've been working out for a couple of months with it and can tell you with certainty — you will see gains.

Very disappointed- especially with something that's got Arnold's name on it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I'm very pleased. This is a must try, everybody is different. My body is having a very positive reaction to this product.
