Hard to install the O ring
The O ring wire diameter might be too big even though the ID of the O ring might be correct, it is hard to install, after several times try, the O ring will be cut and I have to buy another one.

Great product and shipped quickly.
Easy to install. The only tool you might need is a pair of needle nose pliers. Dont order more than u need. Order the 3 different kits instead of the complete kit to save about $20.00. Can be done by home owner. Save at least $150.00 by doing it without hiring a plumber. Videos on U tube very good. Instructions in repair kits are not any good. Package was destroyed during shipping but product was still in new condition. Product exactly like original. All parts were there. Shipped in one day and received within 2 days. Repair completed in 10 minutes (I already had the old parts removed, that took about 5 minutes). No leaks or adjustments needed. Great product and customer service.

Exactly what I needed!!
Excellent! Finally got my new watts replacement kit today and I didn’t waste any time installing it after this freak storm that we had in Texas! Running the sprinklers as I type this review up!! :) Exactly what I ordered. It fit great! FYI...My watts valve was 1” 800M4QTThe owner Jaime was great with communicating with me. I will use the company again!

Overall rating based on thickness and warmth?
This Watts RK 800M4-B 1 Bonnet Assembly Repair Kit came complete with all the needed accessories and went on / installed in under 30 min (granted I learned how to install it on the spot). Everything went on without an issue and fit perfect. As far as the rating, I'm not sure how to rate "Thickness" and "Warmth"???

Will break on first frost.
I *really* hate this damn thing. I buy a new one roughly every 2 years. I usually purge my sprinkler system in late October, but if it freezes just once before that, it will break. If it gets down to 31 degrees just once before purging the sprinklers, this will break and need replacing. If the metal part of my backflow preventer ever breaks again, I'll replace the whole thing with another brand. I gave it 3 stars: 5 stars because it's a perfect replacement for the original part and 1 star because the original part is such a piece of junk. (Near Philadelphia, PA, USA)
