It's working...
My truth is I'm on week 2 and no joke I was able to stop eating after I wasn't hungry. I usually eat until I'm full...or shamefully, overly stuffed. I expected the placebo effect but 1st day on them I forgot I took it with other daily vitamins in the morning and it was easy to stop eating after one serving at lunch (it was one burrito. Which I would eat way more on a normal day, and wouldn't stop). I missed breakfast that day, which isn't good, I do not recommend skipping the 1st meal of the day.I'm not snacking on chips, candy bars, cookies, etc. anymore! For the 1st time in years I'm ok not hitting the morning drivethrew on my way to work AND stopping for pastries. I'm so happy my kids are seeing me make better food choices. I don't want them to have the same unhealthy obsession with food that I have.My appetite is definitely changing. I haven't tried many different suppressants like this but other diet pills made me feel like I was gonna have a heart attack (one-a-day and Hydroxycut).I'll finish this bottle and see how it goes. Will most likely buy more.

If I wanted fiery, explosive diarrhea, I would eat 2 dozen hot wings and drink a pitcher of beer. At least I’d have a lot more fun in the process. Both times I tried these, that was the result. I literally couldn’t make it home from work yesterday without pulling over twice to use my poor daughter’s Easter bucket as a makeshift toilet. It also made me crave sweets. The only way in which it suppressed my eating was making me fear the pain of the food coming out my other end 5 minutes later! Don’t take this unless you work from home and have a toilet within 15 feet of you at all times.

best appetite suppressants i could find
i have a history of binge eating anything in my sight. chips, candy, popcorn, you name it i'll eat it. i've tried at least 4 appetite suppressants in the past and none of them do what these pills do for me. i've been taking these as well as drinking slimfast shakes and between the two, it not only leaves me full for 3 hours MINIMUM but it curbs my appetite and cuts my cravings to the point where i can look at chips and all my favorites and walk right past them. sometimes i'm still so satisfied that i forget to eat a lunch. i've lost 6 pounds so far in only 9 days and i hope the weight keeps dropping! to be fair i do have a lot of weight to lose so if you're thin, please don't expect to lose loads of weight in a short amount of time. i love these suppressants and i 100% will be buying more!

Been struggling before on my metabolism process but when i start taking this product it really improves now. so happy that im not having any problems on my metabolism now hoping that it will lasts so i'll be more healthier now.
