I really need it. But by the screws popping out I can't use it
It broke the first time I tried to use it. And by me being a quadraplegic with limited help, it is very hard for me to try to get someone to ship it back. How can you all help me?

Broken rivets
When I open the box and and unfolded the ramp all of the rivets in the second hinge were broken.

Great product! Mom got a lot of use out of it

A little bit flimsy
This ramp is a little bit flimsy, so I put some blocks under it midway for support. It does the job, however, when my husband uses it with his rolling walker, as well as the wheelchair, someone must be with him for safety. Installation was simple (especially since my son did it for me).
