Put together wrong
Because of the assembly error, the close up case does not close. I use a rubber band.

A mixed Bag
The surface is very nicely plush and looks like it will wear well. Also seems solidly built.HOWEVER, opening and closing the drawer is not particularly smooth (some noisy and sticky). In addition, the compartments are an odd size. most are too small for card packets or card based tricks. The only compartments that will hold a full size deck of cards is the OVERSIZED center portion and the front right and left, which have an odd piece of wood in the corner that is completely impractical. I may just take band saw and resize this.

Nice case, but, arrived damage.
The case itself is really nice. It feels heavy and of decent quality. However, mine had a piece of wood inside the drawer that was detached. It looked like it had never been glued. I did some repairs and now it’s great.
