Works perfectly but is cheap
I have had no issues other than difficulty getting the NP battery in and out. It can be very tight at times. Otherwise, it is just not of the highest quality so I expect it to break eventually. Will switch to something more universal like power junkie since this will only work with this battery type.

Must have for recording video with X-T3!!!!!
I love this plate I really didn't like the internal batteries for the X-T3 which was one of my only big complaints about it but this really helps to solve that and then some. I can easily run the camera for hours (besides it overheating in hot environments) and I can even run my field monitor off it as well. I just did a full day shoot this past weekend using this plate and it was a breeze. You get a readout of the battery life on the camera/monitor too so you know if its running low or not. If they made a version of this plate with dual NPF slots I'd get it in a heartbeat to power even more power hungry devices with your camera like an Atomos recorder. Still this one has really changed the way I work for the better.

Using this on my X-T3 for video. LOVE it! The battery cable is nice and short so rigging is clean and simple.

Bad fit on the Fuji side
The dummy battery doesn't seat well in my X-T3. it disconnects easily which will cut power to the camera and you'll lose your recording. This really burned me.
