I purchased these waterers as an additional set. I already have some of a different type (plastic with two little holes in) and like them except sometimes the bottle empties too quickly and sometimes not at all.These new ones are smashing little waterers, they let the water seep through consistently. I find them better than the old ones.I use them for my eight hanging strawberry baskets with 1 litre cola bottles. I jam the bottles in the middle of the chains so they stay straight up. I have found that if you put the full bottles in lop sided , they topple over (that's the only problem I have found.I think I had better mention that a lot of the small water bottles have now changed the thread of the caps so will no longer fit these, or any other watering devices, the old bottles used to be perfect. If you find they don't fit then try another type like the cola bottles that I use.

For the size of bottle these say they can take they didnt hold the bottles up very well. I managed to wedge the bottles up but not sure they`re all that good really.

I really welcomed this product as I need all the help I can get with watering. However after asking people to save plastic bottles for me I found that the water ran out very quickly, in a few hours! Not sure what I did wrong but obviously. not what I had hoped for. Disappointed but wonder if it is my fault?

Having had an operation, I was struggling to water my plant tubs daily and worried that with the warmer weather, some of the plants could die. I ordered these in the hope that they would keep them alive and thriving. Both in the short term and longer, once I go back to work. They arrived quickly and initially I wasn’t sure, however, any doubts were soon put aside. The stone material of the waterer, stops the water from dripping out too quickly and only gives as much water as is required. They screw on to regular plastic bottles which also makes them cheap and affective. Very pleased with them and so far have found no issues. Would recommend to others.

I tried loads of different bottles but they all leaked. So the water supply drained in a very short period of time.The more expensive products I have are far better.Pay a little more, you get what you pay for.

can hold a lot of water this way, but too big a bottle falls over. Didn't fit all drink bottles, but we found enough that did and they worked.

Easy to use and pre assembled, for larger plants only. Can't fault the design and they appear to work perfectly - would recommend but only for bigger plants

Work very well but break easily!
