Very pleased with the product and service provided by the company
When my sprinklers arrived, the package was missing a small screwdriver for adjusting the nozzles. No big deal...right?! I called the company immediately, more out of principle rather than necessity. They were very apologetic and placed a replacement screwdriver in the mail the same day. It arrived today and much to my surprise contained 2 screwdrivers, with a personal note from Isaac (their customer service guy), again apologizing for the error. Great company; wonderful way to treat customers!!!! They have my business!!
