I have been looking for this book for a long time. It has lots of recipes that stick to the program.

Happy I didn’t pay more for it

This is a terrific cookbook for this eating program written by people who have been successful with their weight loss. The recipes are easy, delicious and a great help in figuring out that age-old question "What's for dinner?"

Product was exactly as advertised. Arrived promptly.

This book is just hype. It’s regular recipes just no salt added. I didn’t need a whole book of recipes for that.I thought there would be substitutions to make the food taste like it has salt in it, at least make the food taste more flavorful but that’s not the case.

Recipes are easy and fun though some recipes are misses but most work. It has made weight loss very easy.
