I stumble across this product looking for charcoal and the words active charcoal popped up. So I did some research on what active charcoal can do for the ground. It states that it detoxing the contamination that has been produced in sour ground and that it helps to eliminate pet odor. Upon the research, I said I have found the missing link to my problem. I have been trying to grow grass in my backyard for 4 years the ground is so sour that it will not produce. I have tried reconditioning the soil but to no avail. Weeds will grow and wheat grass will spring up only to die off. The weed does not die off. The company was very nice and polite on responding back to me about their product. And ask me if I wanted a replacement or full refund, I went with the full refund and informed the receptionist that I would reorder this product again in late November after the first rain fall when the ground is soft for me to tilt Unfortunately, the container was crushed inside the box causing the seams to crack making a mess and the product spilled out into the box. I informed the receptionist of this matter and informed the person to place the item in a larger box this way when it compresses it will not be so bad to cause the seams to crack and the cliental can pull the item out of the box without complication.
