Finally, the book I have been dreaming of is out!
I have lost nearly 80 pounds on an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet, but I intend to go more plant-based in the future. To that end, this book is going to be my field guide. It just arrived yesterday, and I immediately dug into the introduction. I normally have a few eyebrow raising moments when reading about ketogenic diets. So my eyebrows stayed in place, which might give me a few more years before considering botox. I was delighted to see solid, well-explained information with citations to the scientific literature that I trust. The science was stated simply and accurately, with no magic dust sprinkled in to create unrealistic expectations. I was also impressed with the non-judgmental tone which invites anyone with an interest in incorporating some plant-based meals into their ketogenic diet plan to do so part-time. Some impressive features include: a shopping list, lists of foods rich in nutrients which are hard to find on vegan diets, emphasis on eating "real food", some use of rare ingredients but not excessive, no vilification of soy (though the recipes are soy-free), a 4-week menu with photos (1500 - 1600 calorie range), color photos for every recipe, advice on food tracking which has helped me lose all this weight, a flexible attitude (no forbidden foods) and nutritional analyses for the recipes (calories, fat, protein, total and net carbs). The recipes are genuinely low-carb enough to fit into most ketogenic diet protocols, which is not typical of this genre. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but intend to do so this weekend. When I do I will add to this review. My final comment: after scores of vegan/vegetarian keto books appearing over the last year or so, this is the first one I can totally endorse. Many of the earlier efforts were written my either vegans or people who do the ketogenic diet. This author is clearly both, with a long successful run of living the vegan keto lifestyle. In other words: this is the real deal, people!

Great vegan meal prep ideas..
Now, the layout is great and all, and the pictures are gorgeous, but what about the food? Is it any good? After all, what's the point of a cookbook if the recipes aren't things you will use again and again? I'm happy to say that the recipes here are exactly what you would hope for. It's clean food, with clean ingredients, where you let the ingredients shine. The items I've already tried were tasty, and certainly things I would put into rotation again and again. I'm not someone who likes spicy food, but the recipes here are easy to modify, and they are flavorful on their own, no need to add additional salt and spices at the table b/c something was too bland. At least for me, everyone is different, but I suspect if it works for me, most people will be fine.I also really like the tip section, which helps with subbing out items you may not have on hand, or with how to prepare items that are headed to the freezer for later use. The Storage section is really great too, because it's super clear on how long you can expect items to last, and have some guidelines for how long it will take to thaw something after it's been frozen. And the overall layout of the recipe pages are simple, clean, and easy to read, keeping in line with the rest of the cookbook.

Recommended!!
This is a really well done book. The author is very knowledgeable-not just someone who just threw together some recipies. She has put hard work into developing quality recipes. I develop my own recipies and have used this book as a launching point to make my own modifications. I am very impressed with her research and the taste of her recipies.They are very delicious, quick to prepare and well guided. I truly appreciated the book and furthermore the formulas without question. Exceedingly Recommended.

Good book for beginners/////////
The science was expressed basically and precisely, with no enchantment dust sprinkled in to make unreasonable desires. I was likewise inspired with the non-judgmental tone which welcomes anybody with an enthusiasm for consolidating some plant-based dinners into their ketogenic diet intend to do as such low maintenance. At that point we will examine what the veggie lover diet can need, alongside the rules and regulations of the eating regimen. We will investigate the science behind ketosis and fasting, alongside what it implies and what does to and for your body. It pursues a month of dinners with basic supply records and arranging tips. I was truly engaged with this! It was exceptionally fascinating to find out about the Plant Based Diet with Whole nourishments.

Book layout awful and uninspiring.
The layout of this book is just awful. Looks like a person with no design skills laid it out. The recipes span across several pages and makes it hard to follow. I haven’t tried any recipes yet but since there are only a few black and white images in the entire book I find it very uninspiring.

Good guide
This book is loaded with super helpful information on vegan keto how to. Her meal plans are stellar. The recipes are delicious. I’ve been fallowing her for a while and genuinely feel she puts so much into her meal plans to insure you get proper nutrition. I’m down pounds and still going. I preordered her book and when it arrived I was so happy to see all the recipes are new to me. I purchased her ebook a few months back so it’s great to have even more recipes to switch things up with.

Weight loss solution.
The formulas are delicious.I've been fallowing her for some time and truly feel she puts such a great amount into her feast intends to safeguard you get appropriate nutrition.I'm down 30 pounds and still going.I preordered her book and when it arrived I was so glad to see every one of the formulas are new to me.I bought her digital book a couple of months back so it's incredible to have much more formulas to switch things up with.

Great recipes!
This is a beautiful cookbook with awesome recipes. It's a good book for keto vegan cooking. This book will help you create just healthy, but definitely delicious that will suit your taste buds. I'm a meat lover, but still always looking for some new veggie recipes. This book contains a plenty of interesting recipes. Highly recommend this book. Thanks!
