The Heart of the Ancients: Kailmeyra's Redemption Paperback – January 1, 1611

I am enjoying this series...not perfectly written, but nothing too annoying to interrupt the flow or subtract from the overall premis of the story. Characters are likeable, developement of the story well thought out and flows quite well. I like the concept of "Intention"...being it is not so much the words or actions of the characters as the INTENTION behind the words and actions that count. Think if we all remembered this our own world might be a little better!

Her editor, if she even has one beyond the computerized spellcheck on any computer, needs to be fired. The frustrating thing about this series is that it is an excellent story, with compelling plot lines and wonderful character development. However, the point of a story is to be transported out of your own world and into another, losing yourself to another world. This author had so many editing errors, that I had to fill in the blanks and stop reading, (thus taking me out of the story) just to try and figure out what she meant to say or what word she forgot to take out or what letter accidentally got left on or off, etc etc. At times I found myself rewriting entire sentences in my own head just to make sense of a paragraph! I'm usually not a griper about some editing problems that may arise here or there in a book. But people, I'm talking every. Single. Page. If you are a writer, please have enough respect for yourself and your readers to at least read your own book before publishing it.

I hated to see it end. What a wonderful fantasy series to read. The last book didn't disappoint me. It is full of action, strong characters and love. You vividly see the fantasy kingdom as well as earth. The storyline about earth and man's greed can definitely make you think. You can enjoy this book on it's own but it is so much better when you have read the other two books before. Highly recommended.

What to say... I have a great problem. Don't know what to read after THIS! THIS is the best fantasy book with romance in it. But sooo much more! You will learn quite a bit from it. "Take what they can give you and forgive them for what they can't".You will learn and you will be inspired to be a better version of yourself. And yes, it has everything else, like I-can't -put-the-book-down...

The!l story was great, the characters fascinating However, I do have a quibble with the editing. Chapter 24 was extremely chilling as sentences and paragraphs kept repeating themselves causing me to backtrack testing my grasp of fictional escapes. It would behoove the esteemed author to get a different copy editor. The story I loved..

No one is perfect in the eyes of the creator. Thus forgive them, as I hope he forgives us all. This is the powerful message through the journey I have endured while reading the series. I seem to agree with the author that the journey becomes the discovery of innermost feelings. It is well worth spending time with the book, so I would strongly recommend it.

I loved this series from beginning to end. It was captivating and kept me on the edge of my seat. I would often find myself reading for several hours at a time and still not wanted to put it down. I love the biblical references. The characters were easy to connect to.I definitely recommend this whole series.Bring more!!

Great ending to the series! I loved this book and like the others, didn't want to put it down. My comment for this book is the same as the second. If editing issues bother you - this book is full of them. Such as words missing, words repeating, and words that were not deleted. Even so, I still recommend this series.

I love fantasy novels and couldn't wait to get started on the Kailmeyra series! Reading the books I felt constantly shocked and on the edge of my seat, wondering where Elizabeth could take the story. I'm not going to write a spoiler, just a big recommendation. If you like fantasy novels then give these a go. You won't be disappointed!

For the first time for a long time of years I read the three books in four days. Usually I give up because I've got bored with the plot but Elizabeth Isaacs has made my week. Throughly recommend this series and hope I get sight of another of her books.

I have not given this 5 stars for nothing, it is over 12 months since a story captured me to read all of the books. Very well written, I just loved all of it, would like to no what happens to them all, how the twins are growing. Thank you for such a wonderful story.

I absolutely loved all three books but now I have read them all I can get some work done. I found that I couldn't put them down once I had started and thoroughly recommend them.

I loved this series. Some missed placed words but nothing to bad. Wish there was one more so we could at least see what the twins were?? Oh well still loved them.
