Wonderful quality Hugo Boss shirts. Sizes and styles can be hard to find at retail stores.

I love these shirts but not showing sleeve length details is super frustrating. I’m a 16.5 (neck) and a 34“ sleeve length. In recent years I’ve had to suffice with the 34/35 sleeve length thing (they say the second button on cuff provides for the 34” vs the 35”).With these shirts they use the lettering system of S, R and L (I think) for sizing the sleeve length. Historically the S (short) is 32/33”, the R (regular) is 34/35” and the L (long) would be 36/37”. So, when I order a 16.5R, I’d expect to see a 34/35” sleeve but what came today are 16.5 32/33. How can one part of the item say a simply an R…then you get a numbered sleeve…and that numbered sleeve is not what is traditionally as R length?? The only other gotcha is when a manufacturer puts NO sleeve length (numbered or lettered) and my assumption is that you default to R (regular) or 34/35”, which is a super common dress shirt size.Please, list the sleeve length or some conversion of your sizes!!!

Positive:I had two of these shirts that I bought at Macy's---- HANDS DOWN THE BEST DRESS SHIRT I've ever worn. I'm 6'1, 190lbs and can fluctuate +/-10lbs... somehow they fit perfectly no matter what. No bull, they just make you feel better while wearing them.Negative:Amazon had a offer at $50 in lieu of the normal $100-$110. I was super pumped and bought 3 more. However, I can't put my first ger on it...but there's something slightly off about them. They still feel pretty great, but wrinkle & crease like crazy. Dry cleaners, steam, iron, starch, no starch... NOTHING works. Unless you steam out your pore, it's impossible and deem the shirts non-wearable. MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT.My other go-to dress shirt is Calvin Klein Steel. I bought one thru Amazon once, and the one sleeve length was like 2inches longer than the other.I've concluded that the shirts Amazon is selling are defected ones, which is probably why they can sell for 30% below retail. (Comparable to "B-side Jordan's.) My advice, definitely buy this shirt...but spend the extra $20-40 at Macy's or another retailer.

Ibought this for a birthday present for a family member. It is too small. Just gave it to himyesterday. It is not wearable and it is expensive for a shirt. I would like to exchange it for a bigger size. How can I do this?
