Castle Preps descaling powder is safe, effective, and easy to use. Each bag contains enough powder for up to 4 uses. General instructions for single cup and drip coffee machines are below. Empty water reservoir and remove any carbon filter before descaling. Combine 2 level scoops of descaler in a cup of warm water to dissolve. Pour dissolved descaling solution into the empty reservoir, then fill to the maximum level with water. Brew a full reservoir worth of water through the machine with no filter or pod. Discard brewed water and brew 2-3 reservoirs of clean, fresh water to flush machine. For more detailed instructions that are specific to your machine, please consult your instruction manual.

Great Product - quick and easy perfect results!
Amazed! - worked so quick and effortlessly ! Super easy to follow instructions: run it through, clean water rinse and done. No odd after taste. I will definitely keep on hand for regular use as needed. Will buy this again !

MUCH better option than the standard de-scaler
In the past we've used the standard de-scaler that's included with the Keurig. It left a terrible after taste and required far too many flushes of the system-much more than it said would be needed. We were looking for a better option-one that didn't leave a bad after taste and wouldn't take so long to flush out. We've found it with this product! Thank you, Castle Preps!

Not for Ninja systems
Used this on my Ninja coffee system and within 2 half pots, the clean light was on again. I finally had to break down and buy the pricier stuff directly from Ninja to get the system clean. Running this through my pot, it came out as clear as when I poured it in. The Ninja brand cleaned the pot...as the solution that came out was actually "dirty". This may work for other coffee pots but if you use a Ninja, buy the Ninja brand direct.

It does a good job
I use this product about once a month. It doe not change the taste of the coffee. Our water is horrible. We had a filter system put in and it helps but I still have to clean the coffee maker once a month. This product works great
