Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Curls & Waves Conditioner, 23.7 oz

I usually buy this at the grocery store, but occasionally it goes on a really good sale here. I love the smell and it does a good job and keeping the frizz down. I'm sure some of the more expensive salon products would do a better job, but I can't spend that much and this is almost as good.

They don’t sell this anymore in stores so it’s great to find it for a reasonable price. Wish they had shampoo for the same price.

Wow it's great in keeping perms going. Hair very obviously more curly when this is used.

This is my favorite conditioner. I am afraid they have stopped making it so I was happy to find it on Amazon.

Smells great, makes my hair very soft. I use it daily. Very happy with purchase. Out of all the Herbal Essences types only this one and hello hydration make my hair feel nice. I'm glad I decided to try this one.
