It states it fits most! Kids yeah! The skirt measures 55cm long (not 60) but even if was the 2inch longer it wouldnt look the length it does on the female on the pic, n im only 5 ft 1” tall, n It barely covers my knees.Im a size 14 n it pinches my waist. It measures 26cm across at ease (not 30) n says 60cm at stretch. (See the pics they put on) Who u trying to kid.At a comfortable stretch its only 30cm, (making it 60cm all the way around. Its less than a 24” waist!With discomfort it fits my 35” waist.At the widest i can stretch it to its 45cm across (not 60) n would squeeze to death a 47” waist which the pics show its stretches upto (120cm). I know they arent saying its 60cm all the way around as the pic shows 4 flowers. If u undo the velcro u see 9 flowers.It looks like the right size for a 12yr old, though stretched id say a maximun size 12. How the lady whose size 16 fit it over her jeans i dont know, hers has to be a diff skirt.The garlands are really nice, but the hairclip is very tatty, different colour but a good clip. Id not have given it a mention in my review had i not been cross about the skirt, but i cant wear it for the festival im going to in 1.5 days time n too late to shop. Obs im going to have to return it, which annoys me too.My ratings go on the whole set. Value for money was if it had fit.
