Breathe Easier
I had minor surgery on my nose which impacted my ability to breathe through that nostril. The nasal dilators were ordered hoping that they would help to open up that nostril, they arrived on time and were exactly as described . I am very pleased with this product and would order it again.

Great variety!
The set includes a wide variety of sizes and 3 styles to find what works best. I prefer the bright blue over the clear because they're easier to spot if you take them out while you're groggy.

These are the best!! Soft and comfortable
I love how soft and comfortable they are, I wish I could by them in the size I need...the clear ones they are selling are not as soft and comfortable.

not as expected
the fitting and quality of the product itself not as explained and highlighted in the product description. It slips from the nose during night sleep.

A great improvement in sleep quality!
I've got sleep apnea, and while I wear a CPAP at night, I can still have problems when my nose gets really stuffy or closes up. I've been told when I don't wear my CPAP my snoring shakes the walls, so I thought an anti-snoring device could only help!I felt like an idiot after putting the dilators in my nose the first night, but I honestly did sleep better! These seemed to have about the same effect as nasal strips. So here's the Pros and Cons:Pros:* better sleep!* re-useable - unlike nasal strips that have to be thrown out in the morning, these can be used for a long time* removable - about the same as the above, but I can take them out and place them back in the same night if I want, without "wasting" them like I would with an adhesive strip.* not painful to remove - no adhesive residue, etc. (but we'll talk about the comfort of wearing in the cons)* Variety of sizes - and styles to find what works for you. I have a pretty big honker, and the 2nd from the biggest size works for me, so there's bound to be one that will fit you.Cons:* uncomfortable - while I can endure these for several nights in a row with minor discomfort, I don't seem to be able to use them long term because they start to chafe. Wearing them 4 days on 1-2 days off seems to be working for me, but I miss the sleep I could be having with them!* concern about cleanliness - I rinse these off every morning, and wash them with soap every couple of days, but I worry about long term cleanliness. I'm worried especially if I get a cold that it might be problematic. No problems, but still an unease. This would be less of an issue if I could by replacements in just the size and style I wanted. I'd probably purchase enough to have a fresh pair every month if I could without having to buy the sizes that don't work for me.* looking silly - yes, you are going to bed with something blue sticking out of your nose. Fortunately I can put them on my nightstand and put them in once my wife is asleep, which I wouldn't be able to do with nasal strips.Overall a great product. Thanks for the extra ZZZs!

Big help with breathing
My wife has breathing issues at night an as a result she snores heavily. These really hepled open her airway and cut down on the snoring.
