This wax medium is a shimmering transparent violet when painted overblack and displays a subtle off white with just a hint of violetoverwhite. This color is hard to capture in a scan or photographs! As youmove and the paint catches the light differently, you see purple, violet,and pink reflecting in the light. This is an amazing interferenceeffect with a life of its own! Add to any color to give an enhancedmetallic/interference effect. Especially effective when added to reds, blues, and purples!
