I got this product to bind my chest with - I’ve ended up being allergic to it and ended up with a pretty big rash, however I do suffer from other similar allergies so I wouldn’t say it’s a reflection on the actual product.It seems to be of really good quality, and if you’re not really sensitive it’ll probably work for you.

I have a torn tendon in my knee, It wont heal properly without an operation, I play football twice a week so I use this until I can take time out for my op, it's very good for support, it does not take the pain away completely but I dont think it's designed to, it does help tho and I have less pain the day after playing if I use it. So I like it and would recommend

I only use this brand of KT tape on me (over 5 years now!) and never had any issues, never had a reaction to my skin and never peeled off, it always holds really well in the shower and I can use it for 3 or 4 days straight without coming off, and provides real support to my muscles, I can instantly feel the difference! Really happy with the purchase as always!

I used this product in the past, that is why I ordered again, however this new one is not holding properly and secure as before, the glue is not strong enough as it comes off easily.The glue is also not good for skin sensitivity as it make a rash to my skin, something that the last time wasn't like that.Last but not least, it doesn't hold under the shower, so need to change it daily.

Adheres well but it's useless for high-low stretch applications since it can take very little stretch. Also the lines on the back paper are only vertical (not grid) making the cutting of more complex strips difficult. Will not be buying again.

I discovered im allergic to this tape but it gets 5 stars because I couldn’t get it off without taking skin with it. I had it taping my shoulder back and it held fast for 3 days before I realised it was irritating me. Would recommend to anyone without pussy skin

Absolutely rubbish. Doesn't stick well honestly sellotape is stickier even plasters are. Comes off straight away its thin. No elasticity at all just stretches paper thin and doesn't bounce back. Couldn't even use this as dressing tape

It wasn’t taught enough to apply any real relief. Once it did stick it wasn’t for coming off. Tape just didn’t give any real benefit nor did it lift the fascia to relieve muscle.
