How many supplements have you taken that do absolutely nothing? This product does "something" but it's not going to match people that are taking PEDs...not even close. I will continue to use because I have increased strength and muscle. I would say most of my friends and family would not even notice, so it's not so dramatic that it transforms your entire body. I think it's better than creatine, and after creatine not one other supplement has ever done anything noteworthy and I've waisted a lot of money on supps. This will be a staple as long as its available to me. It's boosted my bench, dead, squat, and ohp. I think I have leaned out a little too!

I love this stuff, i’ve been using it for over six months and it has definitely become a staple supplement for me. I started off taking one capsule a.m., and one capsule p.m.-but when I switched to taking two capsules with my pre-work out and two capsules at night I really started noticing results. I have gotten increased strength and had some fat loss, but I think the best part is that my muscles have a more round/pumped look even when I am on lower carbs.

If you are looking for genuine Turkesterone this is NOT it. Knowing that Turkesterone is only grown in Uzbekistan I contacted the manufacturer of this product, The Lab, and asked where they sourced their ingredient Turkesterone. Their response... I was also able to increase my caloric intake 200-300 calories per day and not gain any body fat.Ecdysteriods increase muscle protein synthesis (helps you build muscle faster), so there is some good to this product. However I am highly disappointed that it most likely does not contain Turkesterone which is the most potent ecdysteriod and the entire reason I purchased it. If you want genuine Turkesterone I recommend finding another product. Otherwise this did give some results but for the extremely high price I recommend finding a cheaper alternative.

I was purchasing the ingredients in this product separately for more than this product costs.This has been one of the best performing supplements I have used.Anything that Dante and/or True Nutrition put out are going to be great products, period.I have recommended this product to several friends and they have all had great results with it.

Product arrived with exterior packaging already open. Upon further inspection noted that bottle was also previously opened (seal obviously broken) so no way to know what is actually in the pills themselves. Item is not eligible for return so I am out the $. I actually like True Nutrition and have used many of their products in the past (and still do). Buyer beware when ordering off Amazon—bite the bullet on the shipping cost/speed and order directly from TN if you want the actual product you ordered.

Yes, this product is great. I recommend if you are on a tight budget just buy good food. However if you can afford this, take 4 in the AM , and another 4 pills in the PM.
