Great book
I decided to try Ketogenic lifestyle because my doctor advised me to follow the diet plan. For that reason, I'm looking for a great book for this diet, as well as a great book for learning some relevant recipes. This cookbook is exactly what I was looking for and it has a lot of awesome recipes with proper cookie guides and tips, all of which are initially available. Really a great book. Thanks Writer !!

This is a helpful book that I loved to read.This book is loaded with a lot of helpful recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to lose weight rapidly and burn fat effectively. Stefano Villa is a fantastic author on this topic.I really enjoyed all the parts of the book. Very informative, detailed and well guided.Overall, it was a great and enjoyable read.

Great meal plan,
Thanks to this book, I have formed the concept of ketogenic diet. I found out if the ketogenic diet is suitable for me, the benefits, side effects, allowed and prohibited foods and more. A nutritional plan for 21 days helps to test the diet and see the first results, in particular, weight loss. Tips on how to properly follow a keto diet while eating out are useful tips for me.

If you are in search of the best resource to lose weight rapidly, then this book is for you. This book does not only give information about keto diet but also provides complete 21-day meal to follow. The author tells us what Keto is, why do we need to start a ketogenic diet, what to eat and not to eat, benefits of Ketosis, side effects of Keto. I found this book very informative and useful. It is written in the simple language and easy to understand. All recipes are very detailed and easy to follow. I liked this guide and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the Keto Diet.
