ANCHEER Folding Electric Mountain Bike, 26'' Electric Bike with 36V 8Ah Lithium-Ion Battery, Full Suspension

It's a bit early to review the bike since I've only had it 2 days. I want to talk about ANCHEER support, and the quality and the build of the bike. Support has been fantastic. I had several unique ordering issues that I caused myself, and customer support was superb! The bike was easy to assemble. Something that wasn't documented is that the pedals fold up for easier storage. I have only a few miles on the bike now, but I expect that all is good.

One last after receiving the new battery and charging it the bike runs great no issues at all I have plenty of juice to do all the running around in my small town and one good note is I took the old battery apart found out what the issue was repaired the battery and now I have two batteries for my bike I can go up to 35 mi from my home one way of course it's pretty awesome ...Final Update. 12-10-2019...if you don't want to continue reading I'll just give you the total update. I just got my new battery from FedEx, it had three quarter percent charged I'm ready to go this one seems to be working fine the charger hasn't heated up yet.......I think this is a great bike mine is put together very well all the welds are great I had no adjustments really when it came out of the box the only issue I have is I haven't been able to use it yet because the battery had some charge on it but when I put it in for a first charge after approximately two hours the charging box was so hot I can hardly hold It in my hand and the battery didn't seem to take a charge at all.... Emailed customer service I'll give you an update... as soon as I hear back from them...update..11-18-19Received email from Ancheer with a few questions in reference to battery ..tested battery according to my answers requested... they determined with the results battery was defective or may have internal battery cable loose sending brand new battery I'll let you know when I get it.....update.... Battery is in transit by FedEx.. Excellent Service...Thanks ...

First of all, thanks to previous reviewers who take the time to help others make important buying decisions. (Owned the bike for about a week.) I extensively researched e-bikes prior to this purchase. Overall pleased with this investment. Handsome, solid, seemingly well-quality bike. Overall good value given the wide price range and features—21-speed mountain bike (haven’t tested MB capability yet) with several included features—(electric) horn and headlight, (plastic) fenders and tail light. (Not included on many bikes out there.) I didn’t test included seat as I replaced it with a “more comfortable” seat. It would’ve been nice if this was available as a women’s bike.Managed to assemble this sucker despite the worse instructions and pics this side of the galaxy. Even the video instructions I managed to weed thru various google searches was bad. Thank goodness all of the parts were included. The included tools weren’t good quality but got the job done. If bike assembling or patience isn’t your thing, recommend letting someone else do it, meditating, or getting your mind chemically altered before the feat.Anywho, the bike is heavy despite its folding capability. Will likely only fold it when traveling between destinations (I live in an RV). As a new e-biker (and re-biker), test drove the bike on a flat open space. The mechanics are easy to figure out—leave the power off for straight manual pedaling; turn the power on and pedal if you want assistance; coasting in power mode puts you in unassisted coast mode until you pedal up again; use the throttle (on right handle) for continuous power mode. (Have only used Low power so far; seems to be pretty powerful.)IMPORTANT: For this bike model, the battery has to be connected to the bike/controller (black box pre-assembled on the stem of the bike frame) when charging the battery despite what it says in the description, Q&A’s, or included instructions. It took me forever to find out that the battery charger is plugged into a tiny input at bottom of the controller and not the battery itself. Haven’t had enough time to test the battery which I imagine will depend on how much I use it and in varied conditions.Minus the lith-battery, LOVE that this bike is environmentally friendly and quiet. I’m also able to comfortably pull 60 lbs of French Bulldogs in an attached bike trailer. Fun and easy to ride. I would buy again and would recommend this to a friend.
