What do you give the man with everything he wants? My beloved just adores this scoop. I do too- It has a special thermal interior which trandsfers the warmth of you hand into the scoop and the ice cream comes out beautifully. This is worth the extra pennies. Great scoop, just don't wash in dishwasher
Accidentally got out in dishwasher and ruined it. Takes the polish right off of it. Otherwise a great scooper.

Just remember to hand wash!
This is a wonderful product.I was glad to find another since the original I had was ruined by being washed in the dishwasher.Again, let me repeat, HAND WASH ONLY!If necessary, label, in permanent marker,HAND WASH ONLY!After run through a dishwasher, that gray residue will never come off. It doesn’t matter how many times you wash it, it’s ruined. Just like a sheet pan, Silver Kitchen Aide Mixer. High quality stuff that stays out of the dishwasher.

does its one job, dishing out ice cream, beautifully
Didn't know I needed it. After all, can't one dish out ice cream with any big spoon? Once you have one, particularly this one, you will wonder how you lived without it. I don't eat ice cream that often, but for when I do, this is a wonderful tool. Well worth the spend.
