Great fit, but fabric wears easily
PROS:• great gray color — neutral and fits with many design styles• diamond pattern helps break up the big uni-color area• good fit for our medium-size recliner (follow the included instructions for great fit, plus a few staples in some key spots help hide excess fabric)• reasonable priceCONS:• one seam was already ripped (about 1 inch) right out of the package (it's on one of the arm pieces, so I just flipped it around so the tear is toward the back)• fabric pills and shows wear after only a few weeks of light use (mainly a kitty sleeping on the chair a few times a week)• remote control pocket looks dated — without the pocket, the cover would look more modern with cleaner linesUpdate 3/21/2016:Overall we still like the look of the cover on the chair, but the lack in quality of the fabric is showing after only a few weeks. The jersey-type fabric is pilling, showing pulls and seems to be shifting around a bit (definitely not the same as using a more custom cover with upholstery fabric). For the relatively low price, I think this is still ok, and I think I can work around the worn areas with some decorative pillows and maybe a throw. It still looks better than our shredded fabric chair looked before, I was just hoping for a bit more time of use of our "like new" chair (a few months at least). It may be a trade off between the great fit the jersey fabric provides (because it is so stretchy, it can be pulled and tucked in place just right) and the durability of an upholstery fabric cover that would be more expensive (since it would have to be custom sewn to fit perfectly). I think this cover is a good value for a more decorative, light use recliner — ideally for a house without pets that might use the chair — but I don't think it would hold up to regular, much less daily use.Original Review 3/3/2016:Fit better than I expected and gives new life to a previously "cat-destroyed" chair. I'll be using staples to hold excess fabric better in place and make the fit look more custom, but overall a nice slipcover.

Amazing Transformation of our Ugly Chairs!
I have two old faux leather chairs in our rec room that have been worn down by 3 children over several years. They started to peel little bits of the fake leather covering and it was driving me crazy. The bits were covering the floor and also being tracked by feet throughout the rest of the house. Not wanting to buy new chairs again I decided to try some recliner covers. I was hesitant with the mixed reviews this one received, but I am so glad I decided to give it a chance! These are wonderful and I feel like I have brand new chairs again! Best part is that there are no more awful peelings all over the place. The recliners are quite large, so this review is for large recliners and I can't really tell you how they would work for smaller sized ones. The fabric stretches really well. The only one I had some trouble with is the top center piece. It stretched to the bottom center crease of the chair but barely. And it didn't stay put with my kids sitting in it. So I actually turned it around backwards, so that the longer side with the 2 small loop holes are on the front of the chair. This gave me the extra material needed to tuck it in and have it stay in place. The seam goes straight across just below mid bottom of the back, but it doesn't look bad IMO. The chairs also have wide ends on the foot rest and I did have to stretch them quite a bit, but the cover did fit onto them. Other than that, all pieces stay in place, even with 3 boys constantly sitting on them. The material is soft and so far I don't see any pilling. We do have dogs that don't sleep on the chairs but do get a little dog hair on them from being around them, and I've been able to lint roll the hair right off. I have not washed yet, so no review to report on that. But ANYTHING is better than what the chairs were before I covered them. Look at the pictures to see for yourself.

Very nice looking - hard to fit arms and secure to the chair
Pros:-Looks great with the rest of the living room and doesn't "look like" a slip-on cover-I love the whole-chair coverage-My pets couldn't get under it or dig it up out of place (my dog likes to do that!)Cons:-I had a really hard time securing the elastic straps to/under the chair. I'd rather have had something where they would connect or clip to each other underneath the chair rather than having to find something to loop around underneath the chair.-The arms were too small for my (pretty small) recliner and gapped up inside a lot. I could not get them to tuck in under the seat to hide.-Would be difficult to remove and clean regularly (pet hair) because of how much a pain it is to secure to the chair

Turned my old chair new!
Fits perfectly, couldn't have asked for anything better. Once it was stretched didn't have any problems with wrinkles at all. The instructions would have been nice with pictures but it didn't take me very long at all to figure it out either. Looks just like the picture, color is the same and the pattern is very nice as well giving it some texture. It will look as it's one piece once it is put on the chair but it comes in 4 pieces, 2-arms, bottom & back.Update: shortly after it started to pill. It doesn't look very good but I suppose it's better than it was.

I had really low expectations for this product, esspecially when I read the few reviews about the cover having holes but I figured that nothing could make my chair look worse than it already did. WOW, I was amazed how good my chair looks now. It's shocking. I wish I had done this years ago. My husband told me I was wasting $50 on this product and thought it would just look like our chair was covered in throw blankets or something. When I showed him, he was also stunned and admitted it looked nothing like the original chair. For us, when considering throwing the chair out and buying a new one or getting the cover, we definitely made a better choice by getting the cover.

Looks great. Only problem is not all the covers can get around the cushion as needed. I had trouble with the seat, too much hardware is in the way inside so I can't get the corners on properly, it sometimes rides up and comes off.The hole for the recliner lever is off compared to mine though. Not sure if things have changed in Lazy-boy construction. Mine is my granfathers old one so its got some years on it.Other than that it's easy and makes the chair look great.

GREAT COVER
THIS SLIP COVER IS SENSATIONAL. I HAD TO RETURN IT AS IT DID NOT FIT MY RECLINER WHICH WAS MY FAULT. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THERE WERE COVERS FOR THE LARGER LIFT RECLINERS. I HATED TO RETURN IT, BUT I'M GOING TO ORDER AGAIN, BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE. BUT THE QUALITY AND COLOR WAS RIGHT ON. EVEN MY HUSBAND REMARKED HOW MUCH HE LIKED IT, AND ASKED ME TO ORDER IT AGAIN., AND THAT IS A "FIRST" FOR HIM.

Good solution for new looking chair.
It wasn't as difficult to put on as reviews had said but we found after a month of use we stapled it in place, as it started to stretch and pull away from the edges where it was held.
