Quite fast with the adapter. I can also use the USB port to import photos from my camera.

This adapter does work. I've done a test over a few hours and I've found a couple of places where it falls short.- First the actual network speed was lower than the highest possible range, about 85MB/s. It's okay for when a wired connection is necessary.- The second shortcoming is the input power. While using this on a wired connection and a power source with the display on 100% of the time the, power input wasn't enough to maintain the current level of battery charge. Once the app and display were turned off, the iPad did charge up to 100%.I'm using an "old" iPad 4 with iOS 10.something. It was easy to use and to switch over to a wired connection. The adapter seems like it will hold up. It doesn't have an Apple feel, but it also doesn't have an Apple price either.Bottom line it works and for me it's something to use to get by rather than a real replacement solution. It's good to have and will be included in my travels.

 After having previously purchased an iPhone to HDMI adapter before that didn’t work in the slightest, I was hesitant to buy this. However, it’s good value and other positive comments made me decide to give it a try.I’m glad I did purchase it, because it works great! And it works straight out of the box too, no need to install any other apps on your phone. Just plug it into your iPhone (I have an XR purchased 2 months ago and it works flawlessly), and then plug in the HDMI cable as well as the lighting connector power source, and you’re ready to rock and roll!Only improvement I could possibly request in the future would to be to have it work without having to plug in a lightning cable that’s providing power... but I understand that this small of an adapter needs to gather power from somewhere!All in all, great product, works fast and right out of the box. Thinking I’ll also need to buy some for my parents and sister—this thing is so useful! No need to lug around my computers anymore to give presentations!

The Ethernet cable tip gets stuck in the port and you have to either leave it in there or you can do what I did after a few minutes of frustration and just yank it out, pulling some plastic shell along with it, leaving some components exposed. I ordered two of these and it happened on the same thing. For the second one, I just cut the plastic away with a dremel first because there is a lip that can be shaved away.As far as transferring data, it is very fast and has a very steady connection. Keep in mind, if you have an iPhone, you cannot use iMessages or call anyone while using Ethernet only and Airplane mode on. I think it changed back in IOS7 or something- not sure.As far as charging goes, it will occasionally cause my iPhone to shut down which I assume is due to it shorting out but i am not sure. The iPhone has shut itself completely off when it was left overnight with Ethernet cable and charger plugged into this jack.None of the other Amazon options seem to be any better so... these do work so that’s a +

I liked it It did what it said. But I wanted it to use my movie app. And it didn’t do that.

I love this switch. I am in the pet grooming industry and I have used it with my Wen rotary tool w/shaft. I also have a clipper vacuum system that came with a remote switch that I had multiple problems with. I replaced it with this switch and my machine runs better an never heats up anymore. I use it also with my forced air dryer that needs to be in another room for the noise. This switch works for that machine also. As long as the motor is a brush type motor this is the switch to buy

It does slow my box fan down but it's not useful because the fan starts to hum real loud and it probably draws more current too. I wanted to slow the fan down so that it's not so loud in the room but the buzzing from the fan motor is worse than the noise from the fan blades when I slow it down like that. I won't use it for fan speed control.It does work great to slow my wood-working router down for use on my CNC machine. It will be very useful for that.
