Great for a while, then the bottom breaks down and the bed is destroyed.
My dogs like this bed. Stuffing is adequate, design is sufficient... Except the bottom.We wash our dog beds about every two weeks. So the bed needs to be able to withstand digging and burrowing dogs (our blind and deaf senior rescue will actually "dig" it across the floor till he finds just the right spot for it), but also it needs to hold up to being washed and dried.What we began seeing after the 5th or so Brinkmann bed we bought was that the bottom "fabric" (which feels more like coated heavyweight paper) begins to break down. Once it does, the bed is destroyed. For us, that has happened in about 6 months on average (for the 5 beds we purchased over the last couple of years). The last one (which is at our vacation home and not used as much) just started breaking down the last weekend we were there.For our blind/deaf dog we ended up going with the "Petmate Dig and Burrow" (also available at Amazon), and we have a couple different kinds we are trying with the MinPin/Rat Terrier mix.Not recommended.

So, so..
Soft and dog likes it. Bought it for Xmas, for my ten pound dog. The sides are not very sturdy after a few months use. Looks sloppy. I will probably have to buy another bed, before next Christmas.

Puppy loves it...BUT
My 3 month old puppy loves this bed. However, it the interior is balling up and shedding lint after ONE day!

Perfect for my 15-lb mutt
Cute bed for the price. Perfect for my 15-lb mutt. Very, very soft!HOWEVER, this bed is GRAY and not purple at all!

Poor quality
THis is my fourth Brinkmann bad and the only one that is poor quality. Not sure what happened but the stuffing is weak and the construction is poor. My other three are over a year old and are in perfect shape. Dont buy this version of the Brinkmann bed.

The best dog bed
I have had this dog bed for a long time and have washed and dried it three times. It looks brand new still and my dog loves it.

This review is from my dog. She will not go near it, why I don't know. Quality is great but I guess it stinks. I will give it away as a gift.
