Product Shape vs Logistics Maneuverability Test
1940 frame home w/ open attic bypasses. Spent 99% on perimeter of 850 sq ft. Hose not long enough for a 90 degree angle crouching on lath floor 16" on center 24' out. This was like playing Twister. Toting me, 2 canisters, while adjusting lights took more than 30 secs & gummed up nozzle quickly. I almost died frm tyvek suit @ an ambient 65 degrees as it collected the heat. I suggest cutting slits under the arms. Felt like I was in the Andromeda Strain movie. Will use rag clothing next job from thrift store and discard. Can't wait to apply the 2 canister 59 lb+ order just received. Maybe I can go thru the floor. Too heavy. Too awkward for muscular tall man. If the canisters had a cheap joined plastic cage w/wheels or skates they could have been rolled on the catwalk. I suggest taking time to prep the area & vacuum dust and debris after removing batt insulation, let area breathe awhile so air can circulate, position rigid foam board etc. Videos portrayed new clean attic, but who has one without obstacles? P.S. After sealing 60% of the bypasses the thermostat quickly jumped 15 degrees. Had to lower the heat to -65. We had no odor in the house which we attribute to ensuring good air circulation and 2 wks prep. Best of all the air seems cleaner.

Used on galvanized duct work
I wanted to insulate the outside of an exposed galvanized heating duct that ran through my unheated garage. I called the number, provided with the product and they assured me this would work on the duct work. I sprayed almost 40 feet of the cleaned, exposed duct work and had enough to spray in the 12 ft sill plate in the ceiling on the front and rear of the garage. I cut holes in the ceiling to do this and blind sprayed until the foam came out the holes. It ain't pretty, but the increased warmth in the 2 rooms above the garage is worth it. I would recommend 2 people to spray the duct; one spraying, and one smoothing the foam before it hardens. Yes, I highly recommend.

Great Product
Great product. Worked as advertised. Very easy to setup and use as long as you follow the directions. They even include a sheet with tips to avoid mistakes other users experienced. My tip would be to make sure you keep an eye out for when the light green spray coming out of the applicator turns all yellow or blue. This indicates that one of the parts is depleted. If you do not stop spraying you will have some cleanup to do.

It's craking
I was very happy to get the foam spray kit, but I had only 2 problems:1. I could not get it to spray nice and smooth, it just spayed little pebbles, so to cover the Cement wall I had to spray a lot thicker and that lead to the second problem.2. It was cracking as it dried so it was no longer sealed, the cold air could come in again. So I bought a kit from a different company, to finish the job. That foam staid soft, so I used that also to seal these cracks.

Buy twice as much as you think you need or hire it done with a written guarantee!
Foam coverage far less than 200sq. Ft. Stated. Pretty easy to use but one coat layer failed to rise to 1" in many places. I watched several video prior to using. I would have needed to purchase twice the amount to get desired coverage!!

Had trouble with sprayer tips, be careful that you don't just spray out of one bottle
