Perfect drill bit for holes
If you want to drill clean holes into plastic without the risk of cracks, look no further. I've used this bit to drill many holes into both thick and thin plastic. Holes come out clean, but be sure to pick up a deburring tool to smooth out the edges of the holes even more.

These are great drill bits for working with acrylic and the company is top notch! Better than Standard Brill bits
I have been drilling a lot of Plexiglass these days. Regular bits that you would use for Wood and metal ,the Plexiglass has a habit of cracking/breaking if near and edge and it will ride up on the drill bit. With these both problems are solved.

These are perfect for acrylic

Works like a charm
Used it to drill holes into 3/16" acrylic sheets. 1" in from the corners. Took my time and let the drill do all the work and came out clean. Creates a high pitch sound when it is drilling (drill against the acrylic), but it's short term.
