The diameter is not large enough so this ends up in my pool skimmer basket. I wish they had much larger one. I will use this in my spa and hope that they might come out with a larger diameter one in the near future.

I went on a pool light kick last summer (2020). When you’re COVID quarantined you start looking around for scenery enhancement items!! LSS, I tried every waterproof light I could find from pool stores, websites and Amazon. Always problems with batteries not lasting or working. Rechargeable ones were worse, never worked for very long. I bought 3 of these solar discs last August and they are still working the same as they did out of the box! I have been an avid Amazon shopper for a long time and have never once given a product review but as I look this order up to re-order them for Christmas presents, I thought I’d take the time to save someone else the time, money and frustration of finding the perfect pool light. It actually lights up the water around it. Depending on how much sun it gets that day, I have seen mine on till around 3am. For the price of these, there’s really nothing better in my opinion and trust that I have purchased quite a few duds!

I have had these same solar pool floats for a few years and have been happy with them in the past. I needed new ones, so I reordered using the “buy again.” These are MUCH smaller than the ones they used to make and the also stop working after a month or 2 because they fill up with water (and which you cannot remove). They have obviously gone to cheaper methods of manufacturing. I would NOT buy again! It is a damn shame, because the ones they made previously were of excellent quality, never filled with water, and lasted for several pool seasons.

We got these in April. Ordered 2 of them. They are usually out of the pool during the day in the sun. In California full charge all day. They light up the pool pretty good and have cool color options on the remote. Fast forward to October and 1 had died and does not turn on anymore. I tried the remote and it only flickers. The other one is still working. Too bad I can’t exchange for a new one.

Bought these to put in a large pool, hoping it would light it up. They don't light up the bottom much ,but are really nice as they float. Sometimes we put them on our deck, or they could be used to light a path. They are now on their second summer and still work perfectly. Lighting time is well past when we'd be in the pool! Well-made.

This solar pool light is awesome! It looks very sleek, is durable, and is so fun! It comes with a remote to do lots of different settings from setting it to one color to having a strobe effect. It puts out a lot of light and really just helps to elevate a nighttime swim!
