So simple to hookup with clearly labeled screw terminals. I use mine to remotely control a 12-Volt battery operated water pump in the backyard. Wire the 12v from the battery to the input terminal pair. Connect the 12v pump wires to the output terminal pair. The terminals are clearly marked on the device itself requiring no instructions. Done. Comes with two sleek remotes with excellent range.I'm buying another one today for another project. The picture is of the first one we installed in 2022. Installed to control four lights on a gear rack installed on a Ford F-150. It has been great - we can pull into a camp site and hit the remote and light up our camp site. I think the only down to this remote is it’s not well sealed so is constantly exposed to weather. This would be a GREAT product if it were better designed to offer a water proof seal for the wires.

Since my 4 year-old is, well, a 4 year-old, he’s not the best driver and occasionally fails to obey commands to “STOP!!”. I still need to permanently wire it (with longer wires and mount it to the chassis), but so far it works great and only took about 5 minutes to install (most of that time was crimping ferrules onto my 14ga wires). Pairing the remotes was simple and it’s nice knowing I can stop my kid when he’s about to drive into the street.

Used this to control a tennis ball machine. It worked flawlessly, the quality of the remotes are automotive grade. The 40 amp relay in the unit is way more than enough to handle the demand I needed.I also use it to remotely control a dust control vacuum system running a large motor.I am fully satisfied and highly recommend this product.

If I had this to do all over again I would purchase a different product I found that does the wireless relay (remote start) AND the actual alarm in one package for only $16. The title of the item was deceptive, it really has nothing to do with an alarm other than that's one possible application.It's not waterproof.The key fob is unnecessarily heavyThe box it's in is bigger than I expectedWhile the relay itself is rated for 40 Amps, the other components on the inside are still rated for 30 so while technically true the relay is 40 Amps, the entire unit as a whole is not rated for that current.I ended up with this fob for remote start AND a second fob for an actual alarm.But 2 fob-dongles was just TOOO much for 1 keychain in my hot pants. So I took 'em apart, chopped up both housings, made them share a battery and glued them back together as a single fob (took some soldering for battery leads). While it's definitely not elegant and in the vein of the hunchback, I now have a double sided fob where one side manages my electric scooter alarm and the other side is keyless start so I can warm up them watts on cold days.I have 2 of each fob so i was ok tinkering with 1 set of them.I wish the remotes were programmable.

The media could not be loaded.  We have a solar powered well pump located about 125 feet away from where we need the water. It’s nice to be able to switch it on from that distance. By the time I run our hose out there the water is just about coming out of the well. Had it about 5 months and working great, even in heavy snow coming down
