UPDATE Feb 25th 2018: It lasted less then a year , to be precise around 10 months and for the last two months I have got the engine hesitation again , and the computer code is giving me the code 322 ( Air Mass Meter hot wire burn off not functioning ).I guess this can be short term solution for your MAF.I was looking aftermarket for OEM Bosch MAF for my 1993 Volvo. I decide to go with AIP. So far it has been great experience. Fast shipping, manual included, also I had to email customer support , and got response back with in 15 min. No more hesitation , and no more engine lights go on. Installed the unit on Feb 7th. 2017. As long as you see this update, that means that MAF is still working.Small advice to other Volvo owners when replacing MAF, make sure that Air Filter is clean, thermostat in Airbox is working ( or even better just remove thermostat, and close the hole from hot intake, as that is usually main reason your MAF went bad... thermostat goes bad and shut down cold intake and you "overcook " your MAF with only hot air intake ), and also clean your throttle body when replacing MAF.

I installed this MAF in a 1990 Volvo 940 GLE (16V) and it worked fine, but the true cause of my problems turned out to be bad solder joints on the fuel pump relay...an even cheaper fix. Still, I'd recommend this part to fix a bad MAF in your vehicle.

Well I had the first sensor for 7 months and then it failed !! I contacted AIP Electronics and they are vary nice about and asked me to ship the MAF sensor back.(on my dime ) They shipped out a new MAF and if worked great for 2 months and that one failed again same problems and I contacted them again and no response I will not buy any thing from AIP again !!

Died after 45 days.
